IMPORTANT INFORMATION
TO CONSIDER BEFORE REGISTERING

  • Invoice Billing Address
    Once an invoice has been paid, the billing address cannot be modified as per local regulations. Even when taxes are not applicable, the invoices include a VAT number for internal reference. Please add the correct billing address before payment, as changes cannot be made once payment is being processed.
  • Guest / Companion
    Will someone accompany you at the Congress? Note that as per Spanish regulations, the Congress is not allowed to sell registrations to guests or companions.
  • Post-Graduate Course
    Courses will take place on Day 1 & 2 as pre-meetings. The cost varies according to the registration category.

  • Pre-Congress Workshops
    Review available Pre-Congress workshops for purchase at the following URL: http://tts2018.org/program/pre-congress-workshops. Prices vary between $150 to $200 USD.
  • Students, Fellows, Trainees and Allied Health Professionals
    If you are registering under any of these categories, you must provide proof of your status in order to grant you the reduced registration fee. The letter or ID must be submitted in English or Spanish in our website, under the ‘Student/Allied Health Prof. Validation’ module.
  • Lunch & Learn Sessions
    Close to 60 lunch and learn roundtable sessions are available on July 2, 3 and 4. Attendance is limited to one round-table per delegate and each round-table will be limited to 9 participants. Act quickly to reserve your spot (US$25 and box lunch is provided). If the lunch and learn session you would like to attend is not visible on the registration form, then it is sold-out.   • Networking Activities with Reservation Fee
    The Young Members Networking Event on July 3 at 20:00, requires a reservation fee of US$25 to save your spot. For the Women in Transplantation event on July 3 at 18:00 the reservation fee is US$15. The Congress Networking Event on July 4 costs US$75 per person. You can purchase all these activities in the online registration form.
