TTS 2018 is but a few days away and we look forward to welcoming you! We want your journey with us to be amazing, so we’ve put together a handy checklist to help you prepare for your best possible Congress experience and outcome.

• All congress information has been made available in our Congress app (including abstracts) at https://tts.guide. Why not start planning your agenda ahead of time so that you are ready! Make sure to login to benefit from all the great features such as agenda builder, appointment setting, sending messages, and more. Remember to complete your profile and upload your photo in “App Settings”! You received your log in details earlier today by email.”
• If you wish to have a hard copy of the program, please print and bring your own printed copy. TTS 2018 made it its mission to reduce the environmental impact of the Congress and is therefore not providing printed Final Programs. You will however receive a pocket guide which will allow you to see the room allocations for all sessions.

• Social Events and Dress Code
  We want you to be comfortable at all our special events! Our dress code is: NO dress code, simply be comfortable. Keep in mind that most social events will take place outdoors. Warm temperatures are expected. For details on the social program, please click here. Didn’t buy your tickets yet? We still have some available. Please see the staff at the registration desk.
• Know what to pack
  July in Madrid is very hot. You can expect daytime temperatures to range between 30ºC and 40ºC. Evening temperatures may drop to the low 20ºC. The Convention Center and Exhibit Hall will be air-conditioned. A light jacket or sweater may be appropriate.
• If you want to release stress and generate mindfulness, we invite you to join in some of the many wellness activities that are offered by Yoga Center Madrid, sponsored by the World Transplant Games Federation Fit for Life Program. You can start your day with a yoga session and participate throughout the day with 15 min stretching, meditation and mindfulness sessions. • Remember to bring your charger and to leave your home with charged devices.
• Electrical outlets are 230 volts (50Hz) and require type C or F plugs.
• Bring your job postings and special announcements
  The TTS booth in the exhibit hall is featuring a large message board. Feel free to post your job postings / offers and other special announcements on the message board or on the table beside it.

• Airport welcome desk
  Upon your arrival, look out for the airport welcome desk on June 30 and July 1 in Terminals T1, T2 and T4. The desks are open from 9am to 9pm. They will help you with advice on transportation options to go downtown. This is a great meeting point to arrange for taxi sharing.
  
  
• From airport to downtown
  Metro line 8 runs from all airport terminals to Nuevos Ministerios station in downtown Madrid in approximately 12-15 minutes. Read more.
  
  All terminals have clearly signed taxi ranks outside the arrivals area. Official taxis are white with a red stripe and have the Madrid City Council coat-of-arms on their doors. To take a taxi you must go to the appropriate taxi rank. Avoid people who offer taxi services inside the terminals. Make sure that the taxi driver starts the meter at the beginning of the journey (minimum fare). Read more.

• Bring one piece of official photo ID to collect registration materials on your first day at the congress. We strongly encourage you to collect your registration materials on July 1 and to join us for the Opening Ceremonies and Welcome Reception on July 1.
